Anti Spam Policy
Canterris maintains a zero-tolerance spam policy. We prohibit the use of any third-party rented, purchased, or harvested mailing lists. Any Canterris client found to be using our products in this manner will be banned from further use of our services.
If you feel you have received unsolicited email from one of our users, please notify us immediately at info@canterris.com.
What is spam?
Spam is commonly referred to as junk mail or unsolicited commercial email (UCE). To adhere to commonly accepted permission-based email guidelines a user can only send email to parties who have specifically requested information from the sending party.
The following safeguards are in place to ensure abuse is kept to a minimum:
- All Canterris customers must review and agree with the Canterris Terms of Use and the Canterris Privacy and Anti-Spam Policy.
- Every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link. Deactivating, removing or in any way tampering with the link will result in the user’s account being temporarily suspended or permanently cancelled.
- All uploaded mailing lists are reviewed for addresses that suggest the list might be scraped or harvested. Any lists that appear to be third-party will be flagged and the customer will be contacted.
- All emails go through a staging area where our customer support team reviews the content to ensure it complies with the CAN-SPAM Act and our own anti-spam policies.
- We immediately open an investigation if we receive a complaint about one of our clients.
Canterris takes its anti-spam policy very seriously. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, or to report suspected abuse, please contact us at info@canterris.com
