We imported our list from Excel and now it takes care of duplicates, unsubscribes, and hard and soft bounces. Easy to create sign up forms automatically add new subscribers and leads to our list. And no more sorting by columns to “sort of” segment our lists. Canterris Marketing Suite lets you create as many targeted lists as you want by segmenting your audiences by your own criteria - whether it be geography, lead score, role, or by any online behaviors such as event registration, page visit or document download. Don’t use Excel? Don’t worry. You can import lists from Salesforce, Outlook and other other sources with a few mouse clicks.

We designed Canterris Marketing Suite not only to integrate all your online marketing activities into one solution, but to share data with your non-Canterris systems. Take Salesforce. You can import lists from Salesforce, and view email recipient activities within Salesforce. Canterris Marketing Suite also plays nice with Google Analytics, so you can track revenue created, goals completed, conversion rates and e-commerce transactions.

What good is improving the effectiveness of your online marketing if you can’t prove it to your boss? The moment your campaign is sent, we track it and give you real-time reports on how subscribers are responding to it: who’s opened it? what calls-to-action are they clicking? Who’s unsubscribed? Bounced? You can view high-level trends, drill down to individual subscribers, see when they did what, and download a summary of it all. |

Is it spam or isn’t it? Even the most experienced email marketers have trouble with this one. So we included a built-in design and spam testing tool that runs your campaign through spam filters before it’s sent, and provides recommendations on how to fix any potential issues it finds. At the same time, it looks at your email’s HTML code and makes any necessary modifications to ensure it displays correctly in all email clients.
Get Your Email Campaigns Delivered
We’re anti-spam and proud of it. We investigate every spam complaint we receive. We manually review every email campaign before it’s sent to make sure it’s not spam. We also hedge our bets - and yours - by maintaining close relationships with major Internet service providers, so in the unlikely event an issue arises we can get the problem resolved quickly. On the more technical side of deliverability, we authenticate your email with the three major authentication protocols currently in use: SPF (Sender Policy Framework), Send-ID and DomainKeys. We also have delivery servers located around the world to bypass regional outages.
