Inside Sales - Account Executive
Canterris is looking to grow its sales team with an inside sales expert to drive a significant amount of revenue for the company. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive is an accomplished, persuasive and aggressive Sales professional who will be relentless in closing new business.

As a member of a highly-motivated team based in Calgary, Alberta, you will be responsible for bringing new revenue to Canterris and will close numerous deals each month from inbound leads provided by our lead generation team and your own lead generation activities. A successful candidate will have a proven Sales track record, experience qualifying and closing leads, and a strong interest in building the company. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and superior persuasion ability are a must.

This position will be based in Calgary, Alberta.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Aggressively qualify new business
  • Build pipeline via cold calling, prospecting and managing inbound lead flow
  • Understand and evangelize the Canterris Marketing SuiteTM platform
  • Qualify inbound leads and respond quickly
  • Provide in-depth product demonstrations to leads via teleconference and web conference
  • Manage contacts in Salesforce, report on sales progress and goals
  • Generate and close leads from tradeshows and other networking events
  • Continuously learn about Canterris products and services as well as industry trends
  • Focus on complete client satisfaction
  • Occasional travel may be required to close deals

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience selling on-demand software or interactive services
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven track record of closing deals with a broad array of companies
  • Aggressive and adept at qualifying leads, conducting needs analysis and closing new business
  • Experience selling to mid- and senior-level management
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly-growing company
